• Custom footwear requires 12–15 days for production and delivery. Shawls are typically delivered within 3–4 days.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock or logistical issues.

3. Payments

• Payment is collected only at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery).

• We currently do not accept online or card payments.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Refunds are accepted if the customer is unsatisfied with the product or if footwear does not fit.

• Customers must request a refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
